Senior fraud: Broker-dealers and advisers must do more

A new survey of state securities regulators by the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), has shown that more needs to be done to protect seniors from financial fraud, with the majority of respondents saying broker-dealers and investment advisers should do more to help prevent senior fraud.
