Jet dyeing machines have now become essential ones for any process house engaged in dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics. With the emergence of newer varieties of polyester and polyester blended fabrics, these machines are undergoing modifications, improvements and innovations to handle these fabrics as well. In its rope form, fabrics can be run at higher speeds and in multiple strands for rapid dyeing and higher productivity. Rope movements in these dyeing machines can be with jet flow, soft flow, air flow or with reel drive. Jet nozzles can be of various sizes and shapes to suit different fabric qualities from heavy woven to knits and other delicate ones. There are single or multiple nozzle systems as well as combinations of turbo or soft flow systems of fabric passage. In terms of capacity, jet dyeing can give batches of different sizes aided by single tube versions to coupled and jumbo versions.
