Importance of pretreatments

Pretreatments of textiles lead them clean and absorbent, a necessity for further wet processes. The uniformity is utmost essential for getting uniform results. The processes after the pretreatments are the value addition processes and the end results are achieved in terms of colouration - dyeing and/or printing, mercerisation and various types of finishing operations.
