ISDS seeks to train 15 lakh textiles workers in 12th plan: Govt

The Government has said that the integrated Skill Development Scheme (ISDS) seeks to train 15 lakh textiles workers with an allocation of Rs 1,900 crore in the 12th Five Year Plan. "In the 12th Plan, the ISDS has an allocation of Rs 1,900 crore and seeks to train 15 lakh textiles workers," Minister of Textiles Anand Sharma said in a written reply to Rajya Sabha.
