The Thai Color Group was established in 1998 through the efforts of the Department of Imaging and Printing Technol- ogy, Chulalongkorn University and numerous industrial sectors. On this memorable occasion, the International Con- ference: Use of Color: From Fundamentals to Applications for the 21st Century, was held at Sol Twin Towers Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand on April 2nd and 3rd, 1999. The Con- Ference was organized by the Department of Imaging and Printing Technology, Chulalongkorn University, in cooper- Ation with the Color Science Association of Japan (CSAJ) And endorsed by the International Color Association (AIC).
