工学院大学の施設管理費に関する基礎的研究: その1 新宿校舎における施設管理費の構成と支出傾向

工学院大学新宿校舎の施設管理費の総額における，大分類項目が占める割合は，建築工事費が5％，設備工事費が21％，運用管理費が65％，その他が9％であった．各年にかかった1m~2 あたりの年間工事金額は，単純平均で，建築工事費が697 円／m~2・年，設備工事費が2,626円／m~2・年，運用管理費が8,360円／m~2・年，その他が1,203円／m~2・年の工事金額がかかっていた．%This study analyzed the component of the facility management expense and the cost transition made according to the cost items listed in Kogakuin university. It aimed to clarify the feature of the facility management expense based on the analysis.rnFollowing 1～4 are the feature of the facility management expense.rn1. The ratio that was accounted for in the total of the facility management expense: construction was 5%, equipment was 21%, and the operational management was 65% and others was 9%.rn2. The cost per square meter on average since 1989～2007: construction was 697yen/m~2 per year .equipment was 2,626yen/m~2 per year, the operational management was 8,463 yen/m~2 per year, and others was 1,127 yen/m~2 per year.rn3. It has been understood that the increase and decrease of the yearly amount of expense is different according to each cost item.rn4. Since the 1999, we haven't seen any increase in the construction and equipment expense and the operational management expense.
