Recently, a growing Oregon-based retailer had some unexpected trouble with their bank which had become suspicious of their sudden number of credit card transactions. The bank, after meeting with the business owners, decided to suspend their account and refund thousands of dollars to the store's customers, scores of whom had just paid their $200+ annual fee for a project-of-the-month club.
