ICS Cool Energy appoints UK Sales Director for Service Division

UK temperature control specialist ICS Cool Energy has appointed Phil Philippou as UK Sales Director to its Service Division. Philippou brings 24 years of HVAC industry experience to the Southampton-headquartered firm. He started his career as an engineer working on large cooling plant, and subsequently developed into operations leadership. Early in his career, he decided to move into sales and has not looked back. He rose in the company to National Sales Manager and later to Corporate Client Manager where he honed his skills around organic growth for key account management.
