Behind the scenes of an e-liquid cleanroom

When a dire blaze halted production at British e-liquid manufacturer Blend & Bottle, the OEM headquartered in Stockport turned disaster to fortune by seizing the opportunity to upgrade its production facility near Manchester. The company engaged Connect 2 Cleanrooms (C2C) with the task. A C2C team worked closely with the company to create a cleanroom totalling 390 sqm of area classified to ISO 14644-1:2015 that could support its process and be future-proofed against potential changes to the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD)-the latest legislation on how to get an e-cigarette on the market.
