Phillips-Medisize to expand manufacturing facility in Europe

Phillips-Medisize has announced a expansion plan for its current Global Innovation and Development (GID) site in Struer, Denmark, with a dedicated Manufacturing Development and Clinical build unit. The site is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2020. The facility will be equipped to serve clients with agile set up for cleanroom assembly and moulding, and approximately 500 sqm of floor space from the existing 8,400 sqm building will be repurposed for the cleanroom.
