FUEL SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS AGREES TO ACQUIRE FUELMAKER ASSETS

Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc., a developer of natural gas vehicle (NGV) refueling technology based in Santa Ana, California, agreed in May to acquire selected assets and technology for compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling products manufactured by FuelMaker Corporation, based in Toronto, Canada, including the home refueling appliance marketed under the Phill brand. The transaction is valued at $7.0 million and is expected to close later in 2009.
