TOYOTA HIGHLANDER HYBRID GETS MAJOR REVISION FOR 2011

Toyota Motor Company has significantly revised its Highlander Hybrid crossover sport utility vehicle for its new 2011 model. The hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) will debut in 2011 with a more powerful and advanced gasoline engine, along with a standard Tech Audio Package and unique exterior design elements. The 2011 Highlander Hybrid will be available in base, SE and Limited models in either two wheel (2WD) or four wheel drive (4WD). The 2011 Highlander Hybrid is expected to receive fuel economy ratings from the Environmental Protection Agency of 28 miles per gallon (mpg) in city driving and 28 mpg on the highway.
