BIOMETHANE IN NATURAL GAS FUEL IN GERMANY MORE THAN DOUBLED IN 2012

In 2012, the share of biomethane in natural gas fuel rose from 6 to over 15 percent in Germany. The renewable natural gas alternative is already available at one out of every three natural gas fueling stations, concludes a new report from the Initiative for Natural Gas Based Mobility, coordinated by the Deutsche Energie Agentur GmbH (dena), the German Energy Agency.
