HYUNDAI CELEBRATES WORLD'S FIRST ASSEMBLY LINE PRODUCTION OF FCVS

A white Hyundai Motor Co. ix35 Fuel Cell vehicle rolled off the assembly line at the company's Ulsan manufacturing complex in Japan in March as Hyundai became the world's first car manufacturer to begin assembly line production of zero emission, hydrogen powered fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) for fleet use. The ix35 Fuel Cell is based on Hyundai's popular ix35 sport utility vehicle. Select specifications of the FCV are listed in Table 1 (next page).
