AVIATION MORE SUSTAINABLE The Costa Rican government and KLM airline signed a letter of intent in October to reduce carbon dioxide (CO_2) emissions from KLM aircraft serving the country. Sustainable aviation fuel is currently the most effective way to reduce CO_2 emissions and, in so doing, to make civil aviation more sustainable.
