ISWA World Congress 2001

摘要

Members of IWM sometimes ask what the Institute gets out of its membership of ISWA. That is probably the wrong question. Maybe we should ask what we can give to the rest of the world through ISWA. Throughout our 100 years history, members of IWM have travelled the world passing on their knowledge and experience in order to improve public health through the better management of waste. This type of activity has never been questioned as being anything other than good and yet that is precisely what our membership of ISWA is about.
