It goes without saying that Scotland is a country of outstanding natural beauty. In fact, its lush scenery complete with rolling hills, mountains, lochs and rivers is one of its greatest tourist attractions. But with familiar problems such as litter, fly-tipping, dog fouling, fly-posting and graffiti still blighting many local neighbourhoods, we can't yet claim to be one of the most environmentally advanced countries in the world. AN of that could be about to change, however, with the news that Keep Scotland Beautiful (one of Scotland's leading environmental, campaigning groups) has become an individual member of FEE - the Foundation for Environmental Education.
