Covanta's RRF ApprovalrnCOVANTA ENERGY has had its application for a Development Consent Order, to authorise a resource recovery facility (RRF) at its Rookery Soutr Pit site, in Bedfordshire, accepted. The RRF will now move on to the next stage of the Infrastructure Planning Commission process and, if accepted, will include both energy from waste and material recovery facilities.
