Lighting Industry recycling scheme, Recolight, is to launch its schools education programme, the Big Light Project, nationwide after trials in the southeast of England. Aimed at the 8-13 age group, andrnusing the ProfessorrnBright character, it is designed to improve children's understanding of the differences between CFLs and the traditional incandescent light bulbs and covers a range of modules in subjects such as history, technology, ICT and English.
