Draft National Planning Policy 'Missed A Trick' - ESA

The environmental Services Association (ESA) has brought focus on the fact that there was little mention of waste infrastructure in the draft National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) document published recently. The draft National Planning Policy Framework sets out the Government's economic, environmental and social planning policies for England and provides a framework within which local people and councils can produce local and neighbourhood plans.
