Midlands based hazardous waste specialists, Environmental Resource Group (ERG) has acquired Hazchem Waste Disposal and The Lamp Recycling Company - both based near Alton, Guildford. Aron James, chief executive officer, said: "We already have two Environment Agency permitted facilities in the Midlands and this additional site based in the South East enables ERG to further support our clients in the more densely populated areas of the UK."
