We Need A Strong Vision

Many have set clear visions for what we are to achieve by 2020 and why. All legislative regimes should try to align to these longer term visions and time frames to all push in complimentary directions. Targets should be placed onto stakeholders that are achievable and fair and effective. They should also have clear repercussions if not achieved. They should be measured on an on-going basis and regularly reviewed to ensure they are still relevant, applicable and delivering the results laid down in the vision. We need to become cleverer in this area and Government - and others -should commit more funding and innovation to the issue.
