The Environment (Wales) Bill (the Bill) will shortly receive royal assent and become law following unanimous approval by the Welsh Government on 2 February 2016. It will enable the Welsh Government to: 1. help tackle environmental challenges and focus on the opportunities natural resources provide, including the publication of a National Natural Resources Policy - Natural Resources Wales (NRW) will be responsible for producing the State of Natural Resources Report, which will gives an assessment of natural resources and how well they are being managed in a sustainable way.
