It can't be easy for Faun Viatec MD Helmut Schmeh, his eager-beaver design and development team at the factory in Grimma, Germany, or indeed the potential customer base here in the UK. Like, why doesn't Faun already have at least a 20 percent share of the truck-mount vacuum sweeper market in this country? Why is that? After analysing the product engineering, build quality and back-up service on offer, there is absolutely no reason why this should not be the case. So what's the problem?
