My working week

What does a normal working week entail? The main part of my week is to ensure our customers are serviced on time and efficiently. Making that a reality involves a daily routine that guarantees quality. I take a great deal of pride in my work, and I'm passionate about giving 100 per cent to whatever I'm doing.
