My working week

摘要

My job is to manage Biffa's major customer accounts. This involves a lot of travelling around the country from my base in north-east Yorkshire. I make sure our customers arc happy, while delivering as much added value as possible. Typically, I work with clients to help them achieve their goals, such as to reduce their carbon footprint, increase recycling and meet their sustainability targets.
