摘要

At TU Dortmund University several series of tests were carried out under static and dynamic load on subsequently strengthened concrete members. The aim was to verify the results from small-scale tests already executed at the University of Innsbruck and Delft, which are the basis for the design concept according to Model Code 2010 with large scale tests on beams. The results from test beams show that, on the one hand, more favourable results were obtained compared to the small-scale tests. Furthermore, for HPW-jetted interfaces with a sufficient high number of bonding dowels, the maximum ultimate load of a monolithically reference beam was achieved.Based on the test results, a European Technical Assessment (ETA) was developed, which regulates the application of the shear connector system Hilti HCC-B for the strengthening of existing concrete structures by means of overlay concrete for static as well as for fatigue loading, the latter for the first time. The associated EOTA TR 066 contains the design concept based on the MC2010, which differs fundamentally from the current design model according to DIN EN 1992 in conjunction with the national German annex. The design concept in EOTA TR 066 is especially designed to subsequently strengthened concrete members.
