The construction weekly enr has named nine asce members as part of its annual list of the construction industry's top 25 news makers for 1997. All of those cited will be honored at a celebration slated for April 2 in New York City—but only one of them will receive an Award of Excellence, the highest honor given by the editors of ENR.
