Page 1 Election of ASCE National Officers Has Begun MEMBERS began casting their votes last month for nominees for the positions of president-elect, at-large director, region director, Technical Region director, and region governor. Members of the Environmental and Water Resources Institute will be selecting a vice president for the term running from October 2011 through September 2015. All officers will begin their terms at the business meeting scheduled during the 141st Annual Civil Engineering Conference, which will be held October 20-22 in Memphis, Tennessee.
