Committee on Younger Members Honors 26 Employers

Involvement in asce activities is important to young civil engineers. To help foster participation by these members in the Society's activities, ASCE's Committee on Younger Members has developed an awards program that enables sections and branches to formally recognize employers that encourage their young engineers to grow professionally through ASCE. The committee has selected 26 companies as recipients of the 2011 Employer Recognition Award for their exemplary support of young civil engineering employees wishing to participate in local, regional, and national ASCE activities.
