Greater London population growth and new rail needs

IN this third article I wish to avoid too many repetitions of previous relevant papers and apart from the two effects of very important recent London game changers. I am proposing some dozen new rail routes as infrastructure options; arguably too many now but hopefully for well informed public choices in a suggested incremental 12-year phased programme.
