With the new question and answer format, the goal of this column is to be interactive and beneficial to the reader. Questions are welcome and will be answered as quickly as the number received, and the publication schedule, allows. Where my expertise falls short of the task, I will seek input from other industry experts and, when this occurs, I will inform the readers. In some cases, I may expand my answers to include some tutorial comments on the basics involved. Unfortunately, I will not be able to answer questions received with a personal e-mail response.
