Rasmussen's syndrome and its treatment by hemispherectomy

Rasmussen syndrome is a special disease which mainly affects one side of the cerebral himsphere and is complicated by intractable epilepsy. This disease is seldom encountered. We treated satisfactorily cases of Rasmussen syndrome with modified himspherectomy.
