摘要

High performance phase screens are essential for the focal-plane irradi- ance profile control in laser-fusion system. A new global/local united search algorithm is presented for constructing continuous phase screens to eliminate the wide-angle scat- tering. The focal-plane intensity profile fits a 16-th-order flat-top super-Gaussian func- tion with less sensitivity to random short-wavelength perturbation aberration of the input beam.
