A Simple Method for Designing Diffractive Optical Elements

摘要

This paper reported a new method for designing diffractive optical ele- ments(DOE), which is based on the diffraction theory. The method does not require complex computation and programming. The diffractive optical element can be easily designed according to simple formulae and has higher imaging accuracy.
