PetroChina to Maintain Two-Digital Growth of Its Gas Production

Based on the information made available from the recent conference on natural gas development held in Chengdu, the capital of the natural gas-enriched Sichuan Province, PetroChina will maintain a 14 percent growth for its natural gas production during the 11th Five-Year Plan period (2006-2010), owing to acceleration of the market development and pipeline construction in the downstream sector and rapid progress in the natural gas exploration.
