摘要

The construction of the second phase project of Liaoyang Petrochemical Fibre Company with a total investment of RMB10.5bn started in Octorber 1993 and the unit was completed and brought onstream in September 1996. In addition to refining and deep processing units such as new hydrocracking and hydrogen manufacturing units the following five main units of chemicals and synthetic fibre are included.
