PROCEDURES AND PRACTICE FOR RAISING RELIABILITY OF DYNAMIC EQUIPMENT

In this paper, we are reporting only a small part of the developments used by the company TRIZ to upgrade dynamic equipment. In the arsenal of the company there are many solutions for updating pump sealing systems. Several studies have been carried out on reconstruction of leak-proof pumps that do not withstand severe conditions of chemical plant operation into pumps with end shaft seals that assure the desired leak-proofness. Work is being carried out constantly on vibrodiagnos-tics and raising of vibrostability of all types of dynamic equipment. Consultation and technical advice on equipment developments are offered free of charge.
