摘要

The drilling conditions in West Siberia are very difficult and cause sharp curvature in borehole columns and difficulties in providing the design profile. The rocks in the section are usually abrasive, which results in rapid wear in the drilling column components. Numerous papers and other practical reports and developments are concerned with reliability in drilling columns and methods of managing it. but the accident rates in drilling tubes remain high even in countries with highly developed drilling technology and the latest techniques. Analysis of failures and faults has shown that the total number of failures and the distribution of them have not altered in spite of a general introduction of new developments. The ongoing growth in drilling volumes requires improved methods of managing the viability of drilling columns and other borehole equipment. This makes it extremely important to consider the comprehensive improvement of working life in borehole equipment in order to provide reliability.
