摘要

Percussive action is a promising trend for improvement of the compaction of disperse media and reduction of economic outlays for organization of the mass production of molded products formed from chemical materials. This means of molding is classed among high-speed production processes, is simple with respect to equipment layout, and does not require use of cumbersome and low-output molding equipment, since it is accomplished using devices similar in design to percussive pile drivers. A theoretical model of the rapid (pulsed) compaction of disperse media is currently under development [1, 2]. Scale implementation of the percussive-molding method is suppressed, however, due to a lack of scientifically proven recommendations on its parametric conditions, which will require more in-depth study of laws governing the compaction of disperse products under high-speed loading regimes.
