EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS OF INTENSITY OF MIXING OF LIQUID MEDIA

The constructions of different types of mechanical stirrers are considered and experimental investigations of the process of mixing of viscous liquids are carried out. Dependences of the mixing time on the viscosity of the medium, the modified Reynolds criterion, and the specific mixing power are obtained.
