摘要

Green one-pot solution chemistry described herein could delicately manipulate the size and shape of iron oxyhydroxide nanocrystals, even in the aqueous phase, and easily derive a family of iron-based nanomaterials.rnThe synthesis and functionalization of nanomaterials through green solution chemistry are of prime importance in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology owing to not only their novel characteristics related to shape-specific and quantum-size effects, but also their utility for reducing the impact on human health and the environment.
