摘要

A full-color-emitting phosphor of valence-varied Eu doped perovskite-type LaAlO_3 with the aid of energy transfer is demonstrated and its luminescence properties can be tuned through controllable addition of doped ions.rnThe ever-increasing energy-saving demands drive the advance of white light technology. One example is solid state lighting in the form of GaN based light emitting diodes, as such triband color based compact fluorescent lamps. Specially, generation of white light of those devices generally originates from a combination of multi-band light emission through multi-component phosphor-conversion upon irradiation with ultraviolet or blue light.
