摘要

Cucurbit[/t]urils (n = 7, 8) and thiazole orange (TO) dyes in aqueous media were found to form host-guest inclusions in different stoichiometries. Supramolecular structures and linear supramolecular polymers were observed through the hydrophobic effect and n-n interactions in aqueous solution. Supramolecular polymers assisted by noncovalent interactions in aqueous media have received great attention due to their importance in the areas of molecular recognition, drug delivery, nanotechnology, stimuli-responsive materials.
