摘要

An efficient copper-catalyzed method for A-arylation of amines has been developed with part-per-million catalyst loadings at room temperature under air. Reactions of substituted (E)-(2-halophenyl)-alkanone oximes with aliphatic amines or aromatic amines provided the A-arylation products in good to excellent yields. For over a century, N-arylation of amines has attracted wide attention because arylamines are ubiquitous in various fields, such as Pharmaceuticals,agrochemicals, photography, xeroxography, pigments and electronic materials.
