摘要

Image and spectral intensity from bicarbonate-selective europium(Ⅲ) probes localised in the mitochondria of cells is modulated reversibly by variation of external pCO_2, and is suppressed by addition of the carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, acetazolomide.
