Two supramolecular isomers, {[Co(L)(OBA)] H_2O}_n (1), {[Co_5O_2-(L)_2(OBA)_3·7DMF}_n (2), have been synthesized by one-pot reactions. Compound 1 has a homochiral architecture with low connectivity, and compound 2 is an achiral 3D framework with high 12-connectivity. It is unprecedent to get homochiral and achiral supramolecular isomers by one-pot synthesis.
