摘要

Nitrogen heterocycles could be prepared in good yields via intramolecular cyclization of tertiary amines and alkenes promoted by KOt-Bu-DMF. Nitrogen heterocycles are most privileged structures in natural products and synthetic drugs. Their synthetic methods have been receiving great attention. In recent years, there have been increasing interest in the direct functionalization of α C-H bonds of amines. The strategy provides superior advantages over the traditional methods in terms of synthetic efficiency, atom economy and green chemistry.
