摘要

A chiral metal-organic framework exhibiting spin crossover (SCO) property, [Fe~(Ⅱ)(mptpy)_2]·EtOH·0.2DMF (1·solv), has been solvo-thermally synthesized through spontaneous resolution. It displays remarkable stability and two-step SCO at (T_(c1) = 200 K) and above (T_(c2) = 357 K) room temperature.
