Spectroscopic readout of polyoxometalates' molecular information via self-assembly

摘要

Polyoxometalates [SiM_(12)O_(40)]~4 (M = Mo~Ⅵ, W~(Ⅵ)) and hemicyanine-derived chiral amphiphiles self-assemble in organic media where intermolecular interactions between POMs and hemicyanine units differ depending on the constituent metal ion species: this information is amplified to distinct spectral and self-assembling characteristics.
